That dripping faucet keeping you up at night? The toilet that won't stop running? We fix and install every fixture in your home — faucets, toilets, showers, dishwashers, and more — and we get it done right.
Fixture upgrades in Arlington and Alexandria are often constrained by what the original plumbing will allow. A 1940s Alexandria colonial may have supply lines routed through plaster-and-lath walls with no access panels, and the shut-off valves may not have been touched since Eisenhower was in office. In Arlington's high-rise condos along the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, we navigate HOA requirements and shared wet walls that make even a simple toilet replacement a coordination exercise. We bring the patience and problem-solving these unique properties demand.
Arlington and Alexandria contain the widest architectural variety in the region, from 1920s bungalows to glass-tower condos built last year. Every fixture installation here begins with understanding the building's era, wall construction, and access limitations before a single fitting is threaded.
Pre-war homes in Del Ray and Old Town often have non-standard rough-in dimensions that do not match modern fixture footprints, requiring custom adapters or selective reframing to complete an upgrade.
High-rise condos in Rosslyn, Ballston, and Crystal City share vertical risers and horizontal wet walls, so a fixture leak in one unit can quickly become a multi-unit insurance claim if connections are not done precisely.
Historic homes with original claw-foot tubs and pedestal sinks require specialized knowledge to maintain or retrofit with modern valves while preserving the period aesthetic that gives these properties their value.
