“I contacted Pioneer Plumbing on Wednesday to remove a shower spot that was tightened so hard that it was impossible to remove so I could put in a new diverter. Pioneer Plumbing promptly emailed to confirm the appointment. The following day, they sent a text message confirmation again, then on the day of my appointment (today), they texted to let me know someone was on their way. Max arrived with a big smile and shoe covers. He introduced himself and I showed him the problem. He gave me options for things that he could do to help. I asked for pricing (since that's a concern for everyone these days) and he provided me options, which was so appreciated. Once I made my decision, Max got to work.
