“Great experience with Pioneer. I had a clogged kitchen drain that resisted my attempts to snake myself. Max was able to come out the same day with a heavy duty snake, but unfortunately it proved to be a little more complicated. Max helped me diagnose the problem and work through some options, and ultimately was able to cut the pipe and install a new clean out from the basement. Everything works great now. Max was very helpful in walking me through the problem and provided estimates and options throughout. It was also a pretty messy job, but he was careful in putting up a tarp and draping plastic to keep everything well contained. The drain cleaning service itself was probably more expensive than I could find elsewhere, but I'm glad I got a plumber who knew what they were doing because they were able to do the follow on work that was necessary to actually fix the problem. Overall, between all the time spent diagnosing the problem and the work of cutting and replacing the pipe, the cost turned out to be very reasonable, and I'm glad to have had them fix the problem rather than patch me up with a temporary solution. So all in all, I had a great experience and will definitely be giving Pioneer another call if I have any new issues.”
